This is a scheduling tool three of us run for the ward Sunday School presidencies in our stake. It is small, and so is this page.
What we keep
From a ward Sunday School presidency:
- The ward, the Sundays their teacher council meets, the class time and the room.
- The name of whoever sent it in, and a phone number or email address if they gave one.
- Who serves in the ward presidency, with their email and phone, so they get calendar invites and can sign in.
- The ward’s teachers, if the presidency adds them: a name, what they teach, which council they go to, and an email if given. Nothing about anyone in their classes.
From the three of us in the stake presidency:
- Our names and email addresses, so we can sign in.
- What we write up after a visit, and the minutes of a training.
- A recording or transcript of a teacher council, when one of us makes one to help with the write-up. Everyone in the room is told first. The recording is deleted as soon as it has been turned into text, and the text and the draft are deleted after 30 days.
Who sees it
The three of us, and each ward’s own Sunday School presidency, who see their own ward and no other. They sign in with a link we email to the address we have for them. A teacher’s email is used only to send them their council dates. Nothing here is public, and the site is not listed in search engines.
Where it goes
The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data. When one of us connects our own Google account, teacher councils go onto a shared Google Calendar the three of us read, visit write-ups are copied to a Google Sheet we keep, and those write-ups are emailed to the three of us through Gmail. A council recording is turned into text and drafted by Cloudflare’s AI service, which does not use it to train its models. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
We do not sell anything, show advertising, or track anybody across other sites. There is no analytics on this site.
Having it removed
Ask any of the three of us and we will delete what we hold about you. There is no form for it; we will just do it. Teacher council times are kept while the schedule is current and cleared out when a ward stops meeting or asks us to.
Children
This is a tool for the adults called to serve in Sunday School presidencies. We do not ask children for anything and they have no reason to use it.
Ask us
Any of the three of us can answer. Tell us if something here looks wrong.
